Simon and Moira Baxter are followers of Jesus who are passionate about supporting others towards fullness of life. They each have a BA in Theology from the University of Aberdeen through the International Christian College and sensed a calling to pioneer ministry through their studies there. They have been involved in pioneering for over 10 years with experience in leadership, coaching and mentoring, and urban community work.

 

As their time in one context came to a close, Simon and Moira began to develop a growing heart to support others doing similar work. This led them to complete professional training in life coaching to support and journey with fellow pioneers to be sustainable in their callings. They both received their certification in Coaching Mastery through Creative Results Management and are members of the International Coaching Federation

and ICF UK Chapter. Simon additionally has an ACC with the ICF.

Prior to entering into the field of pioneering ministry, Simon and Moira each completed previous degrees and worked for several years in a variety of roles. Simon completed a BSc (Hons) in Business & Computer Science at Aston University in 2005 and Moira completed an MA (Hons) in English Literature & Music at the University of Glasgow in 2006. They also both have experience of cross-cultural ministry overseas.

Outside of ministry, Moira loves making music, doing pilates and being in nature. Simon loves going on cycling adventures, playing squash and following his favourite football team Liverpool FC. They are parents to two girls and are based in Glasgow.​​
